More info on the Covid-19 rules

General rules:

Using common sense is paramount.
Stay at home if you have any of the following (also mild) symptoms in the past 24 hours: colds, coughing, tightness, or fever. Don't forget to cancel your reservation in time!
Also stay at home if someone in your household has a fever and / or shortness of breath. If everyone in your house / household has no complaints for 24 hours, you can go back out and participate in sports lessons.
Always keep 1.5 meters apart during a group lesson, respect others as well. Avoid all physical contact (for example, shaking hands, high fives!)
If you have been in contact or think you have been in contact with someone with Covid-19, stay in quarantine at home for two weeks.
If you have tested positive for Covid-19 yourself, stay at home until you are completely free of symptoms for three days, and at least up to 7 days after the positive test.
Do you suddenly feel symptoms during class? Then immediately stop exercising and go home.
Don't get stuck after your sports class. It is still the advice to stay at home as much as possible, so your workout is unfortunately no excuse to continue socializing in a group afterwards.
Always follow the adjusted rules with whom you are taking lessons. In this way they try to make it as safe as possible for everyone.
PLEASE NOTE: All teachers who are teaching on our location outside are very serious about all legal rules. A trainer reserves the right to put someone out of class if these rules are not adhered to. This way we keep it safe and fun for everyone.

It also works the other way around, of course, do you feel during the lesson the rules are not seriously followed? Please contact Marijke Hetzel: +31 6 16 50 83 95.
