General rules 2021
Due to the Covid-19 please bring your own Yogamat and tools.
The teacher can switch to Engels when needed.
When it is raining heavily, we have to cancel the class.
In Tibetan yoga we work with 5 elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. With this type of yoga we accessible flowing movements with awareness and the breath to open ourselves and to bring about balance.
(Whether the elements are balanced or not has an effect on the quality of all our experiences!)
You will feel more space in your body, heart, and mind. This practice helps to be grounded, feel happy, relaxed, inspired, vibrant - full of energy - and home in inner power.
