Slow Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Slow Vinyasa Flow is a great way to learn and to practice the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. During this class we take our time. The class is a good way for beginners to learn the Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. As if we are dancing and flowing through the postures.
