All our classes at Omana are slow or gentle. During the Slow Yin class we use several Yin Yoga stretching techniques. These stretches help increase flexibility and loosen tight joints. By stretching the connective tissue, Yin Yoga conditions helps the body feel more comfortably. The postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Mostly, 3 to 5 minutes. Therefore, this class also helps to meditate and clear the mind.
